Contrattempo is an eight-day retreat in northern Sardinia, designed for people who run all year long and feel the need to stop.
We alternate deep work sessions, guided workshops and listening practices with experiences on the land: the sea around Asinara, horseback trails, bonfires at night.
Twelve people, one week off the usual beat, to go home with a clearer idea of what you're good at and where you want to go.
Is it for you?
This retreat is for you if you work a lot and rarely stop.
If your head is full of ideas but you never find the time to develop them. If you feel your skills could give you more, but your routine leaves no room to figure out how.
You don't need a specific project: all it takes is the will to stop, listen and get back in the game.
The programme is indicative: in case of bad weather some activities may change, always with equally good alternatives.
